How long does delivery take?

All standard canvas deliveries are estimated 3-5 working days.
Express delivery is estimated 2-3 working days, (Monday - Friday).

How are my goods delivered?

We deliver all our goods using Parcel Force & Royal Mail 24 and 48
hour courier services.

Can I deliver to a different address?

Yes, you simply complete your billing address to the
credit card holder's details, then you can add a
different address in the delivery section.

What if I miss the courier?

If you miss the courier the driver should leave a card.
Please read this card as it will tell you whether
* Your parcel has been left with a neighbour.
* Your parcel has been taken to your local Post Office
* They will deliver the parcel again tomorrow

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Yes, you will need to sign for your delivery, unless special delivery
instructions have been arranged to leave your parcel with a neighbour.

What if I enter an incorrect delivery details?

Simply contact us to change your delivery details, but if we have already
dispatched your package you will be charged delivery costs and your order will be delayed.
